Who we are
Breathwork Philippines (“BP”, “we”, “us”) provides educational breath coaching and related programs.

What we collect

Lead details you submit: name, email, mobile number, preferred contact channel.
Quiz/lead-form answers about habits and goals (e.g., breathing patterns, training, sleep).
Booking and payment metadata (handled by processors such as Calendly/Google Calendar, PayMongo/Maya/Stripe, GCash).
Basic usage data and cookies on our site (via Wix/analytics tools).

Why we process your data (purpose & legal basis)

To respond, schedule, and deliver services you request (performance of contract).
To send reminders and essential updates about your booking (legitimate interests/contract).
With your consent, to send tips, program invites, promos, and surveys (you can opt out anytime).
For safety and compliance, including records, invoicing, and dispute handling (legal obligation/legitimate interests).

How we share data
We use service providers as data processors (e.g., Meta platforms, Google Workspace, Wix, Calendly, Zoom/Google Meet, payment gateways). They only process data on our instructions and with safeguards. We don’t sell your data.

International transfers
Some processors may store data outside the Philippines; we rely on contractual and industry safeguards.

Retention

Leads who don’t become clients: up to 12 months from last interaction.
Clients and transactions: up to 5 years (or as required by tax/regulation).
We delete/anonymize when no longer needed.

Your rights (RA 10173)
You may access, correct, erase, or object to processing; withdraw consent; and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Email dpo@breathwork.ph to exercise rights.

Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method is 100% secure; we continually improve safeguards.

Children
Our services are for 18+. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors without verified parental consent.

Coaching disclaimer
BP provides educational coaching, not medical care. If you have chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness, uncontrolled asthma, or suspected sleep apnea, seek medical evaluation first.
